Torontonians will have ample opportunity this month to escape from the cold, huddle into dark corners and talk of revolution to the dark, sultry sound of Chinawoman. Playing this Friday, Nov 13th, as part of The Naked Frames Film Festival at The Revue Cinema and again on Monday, Nov 23rd as part of Elvis Monday at The Drake Hotel, with Love, Anna veteran, Pascal Paquette on lead guitar and Adrian Pasen on drums.

Catch our bud, ace drummer about town, Andrew Bartle ( Megan Hamilton & The Volunteer Canola, Bluespoon ) on tour with Entire Cities. Kicking off Tonight, October 15th, at The Manison in Kingston. After which they'll be continuing East bringing Andrew dangerously close to his point of origin. Be sure to check his blog for updates along the way.

The year is 2008, the recession is in full swing, Love, Anna is re-grouping after a summer of excess, joined by guest stars John Wilson of Rich Girl and Phil Tucker of The Floods ( now w/ Love, Anna ). You'll be glad to know we've almost fully recovered from our unfortunate e-pantsing. Comments are now available again with some protection against nasty injections. It's a slow, wet, smelly, generally icky summer here in Toronto and it's slowed Love, Anna down. Don't fret, having to make music amidst our own garbage and filth hasn't stopped us in the past!
